Breaded Shrimp burger 60 gm made from shrimp. Mix of of shrimp burger are mould into rectangular 30 gm core , uniformly mold core are predusted, battered and breaded with white Fresh breadcrumbs to get uniform crumb dispersion. It is then frozen at -35°C or below to get a core temperature of -18°C or below and packed as per the customer. DEEP FRY : Frozen breaded shrimp burger in hot oil on medium heat (170°c to 185°c) 6.15 minute or until light to medium golden brown color . Temperature of fried product should be min 72°c.

Breaded Shrimp cutlet 30 gm made from shrimp. Mix of of shrimp burger are mould into 15gm oval core , uniformly mould core are predusted, battered and breaded with white Fresh breadcrumbs to get uniform crumb dispersion. It is then frozen at -35°C or below to get a core temperature of -18°C or below and packed as per the customer. DEEP FRY : Frozen breaded shrimp cutlet in hot oil on medium heat (170°c to 185°c) 3.15 or until light to medium golden brown color . Temperature of fried product should be min 72°c.
